CLP, an acronym for Classification, Labelling, and Packaging, is integral to meeting EU standards. Governed by the CLP Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008, this directive harmonises the EU’s approach to classifying, labelling, and packaging chemical substances and mixtures, aligning with the Globally Harmonised System (GHS). For candle makers targeting the EU market, understanding and complying with these CLP guidelines is not just important—it’s mandatory for legal and consumer safety reasons.

We will print your CLP sticker, the maximum number of times per sheet.

Here are some examples of sticker sizes, per sheet. I would recommend not choosing smaller than 37mm for a sticker size, and the font size will be very small and difficult for your customers to read. Most candle makers will choose a size of (45mm / 51mm / 57mm / 60mm)
