Tim and Sola Thompson are the husband-and-wife duo that keep SPTG running smoothly. Tim’s been in the printing world for over 25 years, tackling everything from Lithographic presses to CAD-controlled cutting systems (and surviving a close call with a Laminator!). He’s obsessed with getting the production just right—whether it’s trying to print business cards using casino-grade playing card machines or making sure every sticker and label that leaves the factory is perfect.

But behind every enthusiastic print expert is someone who keeps the ship steady—and that’s where Sola comes in. With over 20 years in customer service, Sola knows how to make things run like clockwork and learned that customer service isn’t about winning every battle—it’s about seeing the bigger picture.
